Everyone has their own issues in life. No one wants to be mad all the time, although sometimes people just can't help it. Sometimes it's hard to picture our parents as anything but that. Understanding that they have their own lives, hobbies, interests, sexualities, plans, goals, feelings etc outside of being a parent can help people understand that they have their own problems too. The question is broad, so it could really be anything.

Possible stress or mental issues especially if its daily. Most parents wont mention to other family members they have them. I hope you get through well, thats hard road to overcome and i hope you the best.

I don't know your parents, but I would imagine that it is stress. Stress can make us lash out at others including inanimate objects.

Sometimes is hard to understand why our parents are always angry, but maybe they are going through situations in life that make them feel stressed or worried. Adults have so many responsibilities that sometimes it can get overwhelming and may be difficult for them to manage their emotions

Your parents are probably dealing with a lot of stress in their lifes. Probably their jobs or economical problems are making them upset over everything, you need to remember that it's not your fault. Even if they shout at you, or look for an excuse to use you as a punching ball, it's not your fault. You need to repeat yourself that.
If you want, try talking to them, maybe hug them or go out to eat, that way you can express your feelings in a relaxed environment.

Parents usually go through a lot of stress on their daily basis especially the ones who are working. They could be stressing over money, health, their business or their children. So anything can trigger their anger when they are stressed.

I can't tell you why. Parents are parents and they have anger just as we do, maybe something is bothering/stressing them out.
