Oh sorry to experience that feeling of being depressed, anxious and ugly. I think it's necessary for you to look inward to discover your inner strength. There is innate capability I you which does not depend on your outward. And as matter of fact, try to control your feelings by your inward inherent values and capacity. Also, always look out for the people who acknowledge your capacity and hang around positive people because emotions and feelings can be contagious. Also, stay positive and accept yourself for whom you are. And always look forward to opportunities in any situation or circumstances you find yourself. Be positive!

When you're in a pit, sometimes it's hard to see your way out of it, but brighter days are coming. I want you to take a step back and listen to how you describe yourself. Remember that as a man thinketh, so he will be. Sometimes having such negative thoughts about ourselves will further drive us down the pit of dispair. It might be difficult to see this right now, but you're not just some "ugly, depressed, anxious, deserve nothing" person as you've described yourself. You're a miracle. A real life, breathing walking miracle who gets to decide what to do with their next second, next minute, next hour. You can have whatever you want, but first you need to work on your thinking and the way you see yourself. Depression is tough. So instead of focusing on the bad, and the fact that your wife left you, focus on what you can control. Take a shower. Prepare a meal. And breathe. Take it all one moment at a time.
