Generally when parents don't trust you, I don't think there's a hard and fast way to get their trust back. What you can do is prove it to them you're right, but for that you need to make sure that you are right indeed. You need to be confident about it and know it for sure. If you can prove it to them, then chances are they will start seeing why they should believe you. Another thing is, you can talk to them of course. Talk about why they don't trust you and see why they feel that way and then work on making it right and clear the confusion up.

I remember asking the same the question when I was 15 years old. I had put my mother through so much stress that she no longer believed and/or trusted me and I was always ground. Eventually, I decided to make a change. I slowly got myself together, stopped acting out, and eventually regained her trust.

I went through a stage where my parents stopped trusting to me. It hurt to know that they didn't trust to simply go to the store. But I respected their wishes and earned their trust back by proving I was responsible and trustworthy. I did things like cleaning the house when I was at home. Not doing anything else that my harm their trust like sneaking out etc.

The best way with trust issues is to talk about them. Most of the times trust issues arise because of some misunderstanding. Not on our parents part but on our part too sometimes we kept on assuming that they dont trust us but the reality is opposite. Best is to talk about it
