Lots of good things! I know from personal experience she helped my parents learn to accept things that I am struggling with and help them learn to talk to me in a positive way. I also learned myself to accept myself and help my family through the journey as well! Never be worried about it because it is usually a very good experience for the whole family. xoxo ~Emily

Typically during family therapy sessions, each family member will have the opportunity to express how they view things and what their opinion is on certain things that are discussed during that session. Family members will learn new coping skills, just like in individual sessions and each family member is able to get a different perspective from the sessions.
