Experiencing your parents' divorce is very much like experiencing the grief of losing a loved one - in this case, it isn't a loved one you're losing so much as a loved "entity," the concept of your parents being together was something comforting, steady, and guaranteed in your mind for presumably your whole life. When that stability is weakened, even slightly, it can drum up all sorts of confusing, stressful, and grief-like feelings, all the more so when that stability is seemingly about to totally disappear! Crying is among the most common and healthy ways to express the anxiety and grief which results from feeling like you've lost that stability. Of course, if this feeling really does last all day and is persistent (for multiple weeks at a time, for example), it may not be a bad idea to speak with someone you trust about how you feel and seeing if therapy might be a good option for you. Everyone grieves slightly differently, and some need more external help than others - there's certainly no shame in seeking it!

New life changes can be extremely overwhelming. While I have not experienced this exactly, I understand the anxiety and overwhelming feelings that come with such a big change. One way to express these emotions is crying, which is why you feel like crying--it is a response to all of the emotions you are experiencing. It is important to remember that while a lot of things in your life will change, your parents still love you and care for you. While things will be changing and that will be hard, it will get better and you will adjust to the new situation.
