I’ve always been a blunt person. Before I tell my dad, I’d think of the best wordings I’d use to explain the situation. I will share with him that even I’m with mom, but love cannot be separated by distance, and that whenever he needs me, he can always call upon me. He should see this as an opportunity to grow, to move forward and to continue his dream, where he enjoy total freedom. Always look at the positive side.

First off, being in your situation can be tough, if that's the case, I'm sorry you're going through this and I hope you have the mental health support you need. Regarding telling your dad that you want to live with your mom, what are some of the reasons you would like to live with your mom? Depending on the reasons, sometimes it's good to list your issues or concerns down and communicate it in such a way that doesn't put any blame on your dad, but rather how you feel the situation impacts you, and how living with your mom can help with the situation. I hope this helps!
