No. Lots of people have cheated. MLK Jr cheated on his wife. One bad thing you do does not make all of you bad. However, if you feel guilty, it's probably best to do something to resolve those feelings--breaking up with your SO, coming clean and apologizing, stopping your affair and never telling your SO--whatever is necessary for you to resolve the guilt.

People do make mistakes, those mistakes don't necessarily define them - however what you are doing is very wrong. You're being unfair to both parties. Your partner deserves loyalty, if you cannot be faithful then you need to either stop cheating or end the relationship - acknowledge your mistake and try to find a solution so your partner and you can have peace.

Just because you have done bad things, DOES NOT make you a bad person. But, in all seriousness, you need to tell your girlfriend/boyfriend what happened. Keeping secrets from them is not beneficial to you or the other person.
