Sometimes bad things happen to our lives and we just want to get over from those, but nothing lasts forever. Good or bad moments come and go. Personally, I try to stay in this moment taking deep breaths. All that we have is that moment. The past has ended and we don't know the future. We can't change what happened in the past but we can prepare ourselves for the future. It's very important to know what we want and where we want to go. Our hope and our dreams can give us some direction. Staying positive gives us the strength to continue.

Things might not be good now, but they will, eventually, get better. It might take a while, and it might not be a linear improvement, but you'll get there. One of the best feelings is when you can one day wake up and think that you're actually genuinely happy with where you are. Of course, a future like that might seem too far away to reach, and it might be difficult to stay positive. However, there is a very good line of thinking you can implement that will hopefully make life a little bit easier. Think one day at a time; what happens tomorrow, today, and am I okay with that. If one day is too much, you can do one hour, or if one hour is too much, one minute. Focus on what you have, and the small things. Is the sun shining? Did you make your bed, or shower? Did you get a smile from the cashier? Such small things can bring that silver lining to your day, and even if some days it might be too difficult to see, there is always something bright to look out for. You are already incredibly strong and have survived so far, and I believe you can survive to see the day when things are truly better.

Look at what is good about you and your life, look at your achievements you have done. Waking up everyday is a positive and try little thing to help you feel positive. Like remembering too eat a meal, getting dressed, replying to a message. Don’t feel like you have not achieved anything in the day as making your bed is achieving something, try looking in the mirror and telling yourself that today is going to be a good day, this helps reinforce a positive impact on your thoughts and feelings for the day, try see a positive thing for any negative thing.
