I just finished my undergrad with two majors and a minor and hope to pursue my masters in January. I don’t drink, smoke or go out, and my parents still put a lot of pressure on me. How can I cope?

7cups has a great mindfulness page with tons of different audios and coping mechanisms that are especially helpful with stress. Taking time for yourself, slowing down, breathing, and coming back to your center is extremely effective. You must take time to create balance and not over run yourself with work, the important thing that matters is your mental health so you can do the things you love or want to accomplish with ease and little stress. This is about taking the time to slow down, regain focus, and be in touch with yourself. You will get there and a great way to start is by looking at 7cups mindfulness page.

First of all, congratulations on your achievements and plans. That's very impressive :) It certainly seems that you have ambitious and enviable future plans that any parent would be proud of.
This sounds, however, sound like a challenging situation which may require some negotiation with your parents. It can be difficult for parents to adjust to their children growing up. Whilst it does sound to me like they have your best interest at heart, perhaps they haven't fully understand how much you have grown. This is perhaps a good point from which to create mutual understanding.
It may be time for an open conversation about the additional pressure you feel is coming from them and how it is affecting you. Can you define what kind of pressure are you experiencing from them? How does it make you feel? An honest, mature and calm conversation, adult to adult, based on these questions may be a useful first step.
