I am a 16 year old female and i want to move out however i would be financially,emotionally, and educationally stable would i be ok to move out? And would i be forced to move back home ?

You have to check with the law on whether you are allowed to stay on your own at the age of 16. If yes then there should be no issues.

You can be emancipated at this age, but this is soemthing to really consider all aspects and sides of.
