Sit down with him and have a real talk. Be honest about how it makes you feel and how it hurt your feelings. Try to stay calm and collected and keep your voice down. I think he will stop if he sees and understands how this affects you. If he won't stop I would try to involve your parents.

Express to your brothers how it makes you feel when they do make fun of your sexuality, if you do that and they still continue to make fun of you, then the problem lies with them, and not you. Show them that you`re not bothered by them making fun, and eventually they will get bored of it.
