There really is nothing to it. The actual point that one must remember is that ' you cannot be wrong'. Mindfulness is a general term about simply being more mindful of experiences. Meditation can help you become more mindful by training you to calm your mind. Try to go online and get the most basic instructions on mindfulness and meditation. The more basic, the better and start working from there. I repeat, YOU CANNOT GET IT WRONG

You can find tons of usefull recourses online. On this very site even! For me yoga works, but it might not work for you. Try out different things, maybe even step outside of your own comfortzone. You might discover something amazing! If yoga is something that you are interested in I recommend doing some Youtube searching. There are a lot of interesting channels about how you can get started with yoga and meditation. I know yoga right now is mostly seen as a kinds of fitness (which it is ofcourse) but don't forget the spiritual side of it.

I took yoga classes for 4 years ( I live In India btw) but the world we live in today, it is just as easy to learn it online. Find a quiet room or open space and practice breathing exercises. After that you can try new poses like vajra asana. Meditation is essentially an internal thing- you trying to connect with your inner self and it can be achieved with sheer dedication and determination.

I've recently started looking into this myself on pinterest, youtube, and for podcasts. I've tried doing something a little bit every day. Having a clean place that is organized is a big thing. Extra clutter doesn't help. I've also thought about having a space that smells good. Try looking on pinterest, youtube, and maybe for some guided podcasts.
