Try using different sound making things, like a clock or apps on your cell phone. listening to soothing white noise tracks and relaxing are great starts to meditation!

Finding a quiet place and putting someheaphones in to isten to smooth jazz or classical music and just letting your stress leave your body with every breath and feeling every part of your body release tension as you let the calmness flow over you

there are many books available in market you can buy few and if you make it more easy you can get some DVDs. its technology era on internet you can find many sites where you can find many new things about meditation and of course you can meet many people like you there so you get chance to learn from their experiences.

The headspace app is excellent and free, it teaches minfulness meditation. An alternative style is mantra meditation, this style is my favourite, it's good to explore a few different approaches and there are apps for each style

sit alone in room..... room should be ventilated and noise free.. and focus on the breath.... when the breath out think ur worries go out when breath in feel the air and inhaling the postive things that u need
