Turn on your favorite calm music, sit in your comfortable position and think about what you're grateful for. Try to name 10 things. It can be everything: tasty coffee in the morning, good sleep etc. Then think about what you would like to have in your life. But focus on positive things and goals, not anxiety of you not having this.

I think there are lots of guides and videos on youtube.Just look for a silent, relaxed place around your house and start with the meditation.

You can take some time for yourself and just relax. Take a good book, a cup of somthing and go to your favourite place and just meditate if you want to. If you don't, don't do it.

Yes, you can definitely learn meditation or mindfulness at home. Some simple yoga activities are often very beneficial for people. It is often easy to also take an extra minute and step back and assess a situation before you react.

There are many types of meditation and ways to practice meditation and mindfulness. The best website I have found about mindfulness is, http://www.everyday-mindfulness.org. This website also contains information on mental & physical health, such as: chronic pain, anxiety and depression. It is an incredible resource. Another website is, https://www.headspace.com. There is an application available for for iPhone and Android users called buddhify (http://buddhify.com). Their website describes the app as, bringing mindfulness to life, buddhify is the most convenient, best value and most beautiful meditation app available today. Helping people around the world reduce stress, sleep better & be present in the midst of it all. The application has 80+ meditations for all parts of your day and were created by experts in modern mindfulness.
