Breath. Listen to yourself. Get in a comfortable position, lay on your bed and breath deep in and out. Listen to the sound of yourself - turn of every noise you can.

There are plenty of online resources, either exercises on 7 cups of tea (under the "my path" section) or other guided exercises on youtube. There are also plenty of good apps both for iphone and android, if you look for them.

Start by watching youtube videos or going to a few classes and practice at home. Put on some calm relaxing music and do some stretches or yoga, great before bed or after a long day of working and sitting down especially at a desk job.

There are many ways to meditate, the simplest way to the more detailed ones. One of the simplest way to do meditation is to sit in a private place example your room or anywhere that you feel is private and try to close your eyes and ears if you must and clear your mind and head for about a few minutes. For a more detail way you can get it from Youtube or other medias to help teach you.
