Most hotels have gyms, so I would suggest planning on having a set time to go to the gym. If you don't want to go to the gym there are many workouts you can find on youtube, or get a workout app on your phone!

Exercise can be done anywhere at any time. A few routines you can even do in the room you are in or at a park that you are closest to.

Take the stairs. Stand and walk as much as you can. Try some at home workout regimens, there are a lot of free guides on the internet. Do small things like pushups, wallsits, crunches etc. Consistency is more important than intensity.

To keep to an exercise routine when traveling can be really simple as to exercise you can power walk- floor work without a gym. Most places there will be a gym or a pool. So getting up earlier by 20 minutes you can facilitate your routine successfully. May a fit bit watch is the reassurance you need to record your routines. Also committ to a friend and make a public statement requesting sponsorship to complete so many km/ miles over a period of time. Be a sticker not a quitter.

One suggestion is depending on your time schedule is maybe add exercise routine that be done in the Hotel/motel room such as different levels of Yoga, Pilates and even walking down the stairs instead of using the elevators depending upon the floor that you are staying at. And naturally most Hotel have gyms but not all motel will gyms but sometime local area might have a 24 hour gym open. And you can always do sit up, crunches, push ups, leg lifts in the comfort of your room and even with limited disturbances toward neighboring guest. I would suggest being adaptive and willing to sometime change the types of exercise depending on your surroundings.

This largely depends on the type exercise style you do. Due to traveling a lot and don't have a lot of time, a little exercise is better than none. What I mean by this is simple and quick exercises than can be done in short time periods, such as HIIT (high intensity interval training). This type of exercise focuses on longer exercise periods and short rests in between. Allowing you to burn a decent amount of calories within a short time period because you are almost constantly moving. Another idea could be to incorporate simple exercises (squats, lunges, sit-up, push-ups) in ordinary task, such ash doing a few squats while waiting for something you ordered or a few push-ups waiting for food to heat up.
