It depends on how much you eat and how much you weigh. If you eat a lot, it lots of exercise should be ok, if you eat a medium amount, than some exercise is good but not consistently moving, if you eat little to nothing, little exercise should be good. If you weigh over the average amount of your age then the same thing with eating a lot, but if you’re underweight, than you may want to stop exercising too much.

You should always stay true to yourself and however much exercising is good for you, make sure not to overdo it as it is damaging for health. I'd say over 2 hours a day is definately too much. But make sure your getting atleast 30minutes minimum!

Physical activities are very important for health, to stay balanced in the body and in the mind. Of course they require energies and time. There are also cases when too much exercise, or extreme sports, can damage one's health in the long term. I think the amount really depends on the person, but you can ask yourself: do I benefit from this in the long run? Or I am neglecting other things that might be valuable? It can be difficult to find the right balance, but we should do our best thinking in those terms, and taking into account our and other people's experiences.

Coming from an Exercise Science major, "too much exercise" is strictly case-by-case. Meaning you need to know what your own body can handle. Typical recommendations is at least 30 minutes 3-5 times a week. Of course you can do more but it's important to remember to maintain a healthy balance. And to always replenish what you lost.
