The CDC recommends 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. You should also be careful not to overexert your body to the point of injuring yourself. If you’re in pain and hurting yourself than maybe take a break. If you’re a body builder and going to a competition ask yourself is it worth it? And if is personal exercise and you’re neglecting others and other task than it may be too much. Balance is the key set up a goal after reaching it take a break and enjoy your achievement.
