No you do not need to lose weight when you start working out. You will lose weight by working long as you follow the right steps to having the physique or fitness goals you want for yourself. A proper healthy diet is always the best place to start losing weight, but also for having good energy when hitting the gym, or working out from home. Doing your workouts around the same time every time you work out helps keep you motivated and in routine. Most importantly, from one meat head to someone new to the gym. Never be afraid to go work out in the gym. Most of us meat head types see someone who is out of shape enter the gym and really hope they stick to their desired goals. If you do not know how to use a machine, weights, equipment, or do movements to prevent injury, we all are always willing to spot, help and suggest better ways to work out and show how to do things correctly. We all started off out of shape, so we really do know the struggle.
