Not at all! Bodyweight exercises are effective in getting in shape. You can devise an effective routine involving different bodyweight exercises for different body parts using key movements like the pushup, squat, pullup and situp. There's tons of variations to these exercises ; you can keep on devising routines just around those four exercises! Can you master every variation?

A person can exercise from anywhere. A jog outside is just as good as running on a treadmill at a gym. There are plenty of workouts where you don’t need a gym. Take swimming, biking, and hiking for example!

Definitely not! Although the gym has a lot of good equipment to help you, they aren't always necessary. There are heaps of videos online on YouTube with fitness-dedicated channels and show you workouts you can follow. My favourite is Blogilates- It's a pilates-bazed channel, with some cardio and flexibility workouts too. There are also many websites online that outline possible workout routines too. Plus, there are many apps that you can download on your phone, such as 7 Minute Workout and Couch to 5K, for some examples.

Absolutely not! I use YouTube as a reference. There's this great walking at home series! Anyone can do it.

Joining a gym is not completely necessary to get a good exercise routine in but it definetly makes having a routine easier since all the materials that you may need will be in the same place.

In short, no you don't. Having a gym sure helps during the winter times for examples or if you don't know anything about sports as you can get a coach/group to help you out. This being said it all comes down to motivation. A 2km jog every morning is already a good exercise routine if you think about it. It narrows down to 2 things: What do you want to achieve from your routine? (Going pro in sports? Just something to do? Stay in relatively good shape?) and what motivation do you have? (Do I need to have someone with me to push me? (P.S that doesn't specifically require a gym ;) ) Do I need to be alone?)

I honestly used to think about the same a lot. Although i have come to this realisation that we can refer to a number of channels at You tube as well apps to have and maintain a healthy workout routine. I have been following Chloe ting lately and have been finding her videos really effective. You can also give them a try if you want to :) You can also follow Rebecca Louise, her channel also offers a lot amazing workout videos. Not only such channels offer workout videos, but also suggest a health plan to complement the exercise plans. You don't need to do excessive workout, even a 10 minute cardio on a daily basis would be effective. Just be patient with the results, they will take their own time!

No! You can use YouTube there are too many exercise routines that can help you, or you can have a walk in your street. Beside, doing footing in the morning is very helpful to keep you in shape. Just try not to give up and try to stay focused in your goal. Gym is not necessary to get a really good exercise routine. Also you need to eat healthy to see results. You need to make exercise plans first and have some patience then you will achieve all your goals even without going to gym.

You don't necessary need to join to a gym if you don't want that. Starting just with walks, jogging or small exercises outside is also a great way to start some exercise routine. Starting with small steps and not to demand too much from yourself in the beginning, tend to work the best to maintain the interest in exercising and to feel good about it. Joining to gym is however also very good idea and it can give you even more motivation. I would say to try what works the best for you and start with that. I hope you will find a good exercise routine for yourself and enjoy it.
