This is normal, as I have gone through the same thing, and am currently doing so. Your brain hasn't registered how amazing you look, yet! If you need to keep losing weight, I encourage you to do so to achieve a healthy, lean body. Please, oh please, make sure you do this in a healthy way. Eat throughout the day, don't throw it up, and maybe do some exercise, but don't overdo it.

Because the social media has corrupted you with these toxic thoughts saying, "skinny is the perfect obdy type". The perfect body type doesn't exist, trust me. No woman has the best body type. The one you see on the magazine? is photoshopped. Nobody is truly perfect. We all have our imperfections and they make us stand out. You shouldn't be losing weight, you should be accepting it.

"Feeling fat" is, as you have said, a feeling. I don't really know much about your situation but if you "feel fat" perhaps you should try a more objective way, such as measurements. Just a suggestion! Most importantly, don't let feeling fat make you feel unworthy - you're beautiful and perfect the way you are, whether or not you are fat. :) Have a nice day!

Feelings are powerful and what you see can be affected by them. Even though someone has lost weight the feelings can remain and be hard to shake. Sometimes what you feel you look like is not what people truly see.

You're going to see that how amazing even if you're "fat" or "skinny" when you start believing yourself! In my opinion, seriously no matter how "skinny" you're, you're an amazing human being. We see ourselves everyday, and when we are looking at ourselves multiple times in a short amount of time, it is hard for us to see the changes others may be able to see. Don't worry. Keep track of the changes in your body (measurements, if they aren't triggering) and be proud of yourself for how far you've come. You've begun losing weight in a healthy way, and if that's a goal you're working on, you should be so proud of yourself! Even if you can't fully see the results yet, be proud of yourself for all the work you are doing to stay healthy.

It's the way you view yourself. If it's due to an eating disorder or a disordered relationship with food I can understand. Those around you will see you as smaller than you were before the weight lose but because you have a standard for your own body, you feel like you haven't lost anything.
