The feeling of not being full even after having a meal is common the best health tip: is to eat foods that fill the stomach, but will not increase body fat. Options have more veggies; continue eating them even after a meal, drink lots of water. Eating nuts are great however, they are very high in fat and oils, too many of them increase weight gain, a few is okay. The feeling of hunger is not just a growling stomach but the need to put more food in your mouth and the desire to taste. So have snack foods that do not increase weight gain, popcorn, sunflower seeds with shells (this increases the desire for water), dry cereal this is usually very high in fiber and vitamins and mineral (it is best to get the ones low in sugar). So you do not need to stop being hungry just to satisfy the desire to eat, not just the stomach, but the mouth as well.

Along with many other girls, I struggled with self image as a teen. I was unhappy and unsatisfied with the way I looked, especially my weight. I even stopped eating. What I learned from that journey? That I am beautiful the way I am. We were all born different. Think about it, if we were all the same, we would basically be...well...the same. Nothing unique or special. There are tall, short, big, small women. We are all different, and that's what makes us BEAUTIFUL. To anyone who is in the battle of an eating disorder now, know that you are loved and that you are BEAUTIFUL. You have ONE LIFE to live. Why waste that one meal? Enjoy the meal! Enjoy that brownie, or cake, or pasta. I know it's hard, but know that the only way to get out of this cycle is you. You have to trust yourself and surround yourself with good people.

There are various reasons why you can be hungry. Might you have stopped a bad habbit recently? You could be eating in replacement of that habbit. Are you going through a stressful period in your life? It could simply be that you are comfort eating. Nevertheless, there is always a reason for this, so this isn't anything you should worry about.

Hunger can come in two forms: physical and mental. Often when we feel hungry even though we just ate, we are missing a flavor. Make sure you are eating all different types of flavors at meals such as sweet, savory, and sour.
