Truthfully there is no definition of skinny that will suffice for society. They will always push to tell everyone that they are “fat” when they’re at a healthy range and when they do get into the “skinny” range theyll view them as having a disorder of some sort. Speaking personally I have asked myself this question many times, if I were skinny this would happen, if I were skinny I’d be so much happier but the truth is far from it. We can’t equate our mental health with what other people tell us about our physical health and because of that you can’t just be “skinny” enough when the term skinny itself is subjective.

Our body shape and size is detained by a lot. Family characteristics, hormones, life stages, how much sleep we get, and more. Dieting usually doesn't work because we eat less and our metabolism just slows down with it so it doesn't have a long term slimming effect. I would argue that you are skinny enough. And other people or society in general, all the media you see is telling you that you're not. Well everyone is wrong. Be healthy, live a long life. That doesn't mean skinny. Usually skinny isn't healthy anyway. You are enough. Just the way you are. And if someone or something makes you feel any less, or too big then they aren't deserving of your time, energy, and company. You matter.
