If you don't go to the gym today or eat over your caloric limit, it most likely won't affect you too much, as long as you go back to your routine the next day and don't keep on doing this every single day or every other day. Limit these to once a week to keep fit.

It is totally okay to not go to the gym or eat over your caloric limit. Life isn't about having the perfect body. It's about being happy. Happy about yourself, happy about your life, happy about the people you know and so much more. It's good going to the gym and eating hralthy. A healthy lifestyle is so important and it helps a lot to feel better. But at the same time it's a hundred percent okay to not live this lifestyle every single day. Of course, you shouldn't eat over your caloric limit everyday. But once or twice a week or anything like that is totally okay. Love yourself as you are and don't be too severe to yourself!! You're wonderful just the way you are:)

What is it that you believe will happen if you do not attend the gym today or eat over your caloric limit? Can you explain specific worry that you have? For some the breaking away from a set routine, such as attending the gym, can bring on feelings of anxiety and stress. For some eating can also bring a feeling or self dread and negative self esteem. In the question, you suggest a caloric limit, are you able to explain what the caloric limit is?
