Stay active, get enough sleep, food and exercise. If you lack any of these things you have a bigger risk of relapsing because you need enough of all of these things to be physically healthy, and if you aren't physically healthy it affects your mental health too. If your mental health is weak you have a bigger risk of relapsing

remember why you stopped the first time, have a strong motivation on what you want your life to look like and have a good support group behind you. have a good, positive coping mechanism that can you distract you for a bit also helps. I have a list of all positive coping mechanism that i know work on me and i carry it around everywhere i go. Also having somebody to talk to, someone you can be honest with and that it doesn't judge you no matter what you did or are doing. if talking is not an option brain dumping your problems on paper also works for me
