Body dysmorphia is a disorder in which we see our body different than it really is. We can see things that are not really there, or deform in our minds the way our body really is. It is a disorder that should be seen by a therapist or doctor, because it can lead to unhealthy choices. Be hopeful! It is treatable, just ask for help.

Seeing your body as a distorted negative image.
The person experiencing it doesn't see the body in it's true form, not necessarily like a funny mirror but like looking at themselves in the 3rd person and seeing a pudgy or negative image regardless of the actual aesthetic appearance

Body dysmorphia is a mental condition where you personally view your body completely different to what it is. This may mean that you are a very skinny person, and you see yourself as larger (or the other way around). It may also just be an obsession over a flaw in your physical appearance. It is treatable, but it cannot be cured. Medication, psychologists and doctors should be able to aid in situations such as these.
