Yes. Binge eating can be a symptom of Bulimia Nervosa, and Anorexia Nervosa, purging type, These unfortunate people will binge eat and then do compensatory activities, such as vomiting, laxative misuse, or excessive exercise to "undo" their food consumption. It is good to bear in mind, however, that most with bulimia are not underweight.

Of course it is. Having an eating disorder doesn't implies that you are fat. There are eating disorders as anorexia or bulimia that can't be described as someone being obese or fat.

Of course it is. What we eat don't always determine how our body's look. Some people can eat 5 burgers and still be skinny like a stick. However your binge eating disorder could be because of stress of factors such as :work, school etc.

This is completely possible. Everybody is different and unfortunately there are many ideas of what eating disorders should look like, but this isn't always the truth. It's the same as somebody having anorexia but not being underweight.

Yes, it's possible. But it s not healthy and not good for your life. Binging is not sane and it's not the good way to be skinny.

Eating disorders don't depend on weight and body image. Being skinny doesn't mean being anorexic just as much as being skinny doesn't mean you don't have a binge eating disorder. You can have a binge eating disorder and still be skinny due to your metabolism or due to restricting when not binging or due to purging or sports or whatever but if binging is bothering you and taking too much place in your life, whether you are skinny or not, you need to get some help so as to handle it better and stop being bothering by it. Weight and body image don't define eating disorders.

Yes! My eating disorder started by binging til the point I would get sick over and over for about 3 days straight, then I would stop eating all together for an amount of time, back to binging. It has nothing to do with my weight, and is about control over something in my life when everything else feels out of control. I have lost a bunch of weight and have stayed skinny, which is actually something I don't like because it was never about that.
