How do i stop binge eatting? Ive cut it down to once a week. I exercise 5-6 times a week and eat pretty healthy but still feel i need that once a week binge not recording what ive ate at all during it

Try to incorporate the food you normally binge into your daily meals. It will help to make you feel satisfied after eating. Also, try to give yourself more rest days! Working out 6 days a week may overwork the body and cause those urges to binge. Rather than binge, try snacking and drink plenty of water. Water will help exponentially. Remember to eat until you are satisfied, and try to remember that you don't have to eat until you can't take it any longer. It is very tough, but you will get through it! Try eating bigger meals and eventually your binging tendencies will be suppressed. Good luck! :)
