just put on your mind that you are skinny and thats it. You wont put on weight anymore. If you think you are overweight you might put on weight its mind control everything

There is a reason why you think that you are overweight it could be caused through traumatic experiences, bullying or even just being made fun of. Always remember that health is more important then weight, when you are older you will see that this is very important.

Thats a really hard one because its all about perception, and perception is hard to change. Focus on one area at a time, rather than your body as a whole. Doing this may help shift your perception on weight in general, and by focusing on parts you can break things down and see things for what they really are.

This is something I have personally struggled with. I would suggest having a friend or family member you trust help you do this activity. Get a big piece of paper the size of a person and draw how you think you look. Then lay on the paper and have the trusted person draw your outline. Look at how drastic the difference is. It can really put into perspective how your view of your body is different than what it actually is.
