Practice, practice, practice!
My guess is that you've been thinking that food is the enemy for a really long time (?). To our brain, this is kind of like a fact now. So what we're trying to do is rewire our brain to think differently. This is why it's so so hard to believe other things and our brain/thoughts automatically retreat to 'it's the enemy!'.
Be kind to yourself. Keep reminding yourself that food is just food. It isn't good or bad; it's just food. Even though it can seem so foreign in the beginning, with practice it does get easier and more believable.

I really struggled to separate my worth from what I ate for a long time. Food is not “good†or “bad†and you aren’t “good†or “bad†depending on what you eat. There is something wonderful for you in every food from donuts to salads. It can be really scary to eat something that makes you feel upset or out of control but you have to remember that food is not your enemy it’s what you think about food that is. Nourishing your body is a necessity, it can feel like an evil necessity but if you work on your relationship with food it can be a joyful and beautiful necessity. Something that really helped me was thinking about me as a child, would I look at that little girl and tell her she was bad for eating? No you would never tell a child that because you know they have to nourish their bodies. Give yourself the same love little you deserved and still deserves.

Food is not considered an enemy as much as it is considered a lust that must be controlled through good eating habits and eating the right quantities Food provides the body with energy, protects it from diseases, strengthens it, and makes it resistant to viruses in the air . Without food, all creatures would have died because they are not supplied with energy to perform their daily tasks. Food strengthens the body, and without it, the body becomes weak and useless and not resistant to external changes
