First of all, I am sorry you are going through this at the moment, I'm sure chest pain is quite frustrating at times! Chest pain that arouses during a purging episode is quite common especially with individuals with an eating disorder. The chest pain can be something not so serious like muscle pain to something quite serious like tears in the esophagus - which is more common in an individual who is constantly purging on a regular basis.
Unfortunately for you, the only way to stop the chest pain is to stop purging. Though i completely understand how hard that would be for you as this is a coping mechanism that you have found, but in the long run purging is something that can affect your health quite badly, as well as make us feel down about ourselves after an episode.
I would suggest reaching out for some help - whether it would be from family, friends, teachers, school counsellors, Uni staff, doctor/psychologist, etc. They won't necceassarily tell you to stop purging, but rather focus on what is triggering these urges, as well as find other coping mechanisms that are more healthy. If you become greatly concerned about the chest pain, or if it becomes worse, i would suggest contacting a doctor to get it checked out to make sure there isn't anything serious going on for you.
Feel free to reach out and ask any other questions! :)
