How can I keep asking my friends for support when I relapse? Won't they give up on me at some point and then I'll be entirely alone?

Being friends with someone is also a take-and-give relationship.True friends will never give up on you as they already know the struggle you are going through and already know or shared some of your pain.Being alone in life is not something we just end up doing is something we mostly choose for, people will be there for you at all time you just have to look hard enough to find them,a simple example is this site.People would help you here at any hour at their very best and so will your friends.Being insecure about yourself is something normal but you have the strength inside you to not relapse, believe in yourself.

Your friends might give up, but I will not. Whenever you feel alone, sad, anything, come here. Talk to me, help you. What if I can not, I'll find someone who will help you. Trust me.

If they care they'll stay. They'll want to see you happy. They wont mind about you relapsing because that means that you are trying to stop, although sometimes you hit a bump. People will always be here and willing to help if you need them to be.

THey're your friends if they did that, they're not true friends, true friends will be their for you even if you don't want them to, they will care for you, even if you don't like it, or like it, either way, they will support you no matter through thick and thin.

If your friends are true friends, they'll never leave you. I know that I always want to be there for my friends when they're down, or hurt in any way. Relapse of any kind is harder to deal with on your own. I reach out to those who I trust most, and I get the help I need. Sure, I've asked for help from people and they never responded. There's some people that don't talk to me to this day, but I don't mind. I'm better off without them, since they were never a true friend.

Real friends don't give up on you no matter what the circumstances are. They should be supportive of you regardless of anything. If you feel like they will give up on you at some point, talk to them about it and let them know how you're feeling. Your friends should never want you to be alone at all and if they do then you probably need to question/rethink your friendship.
