I've been in and out of anorexia recovery for nearly three years. Why is it so hard to stay in "recovery mode"?
Why do I think of food as the one stop solution for all the problems in my life?
Why is it so difficult to see past your eating disorder and see yourself as more than your eating disorder?
Why am I afraid of eating in front of my friends, even when I'm hungry or having fun?
Is it okay to starve myself for the benefit of my aesthetic appearance?
Once you start binging/purging, why is it so hard to stop?
This is my first time purging but I've always had issues with my body- even though I'm really skinny. Any suggestions?
I am finally at a normal weight but my family still wants me to gain more but I don't need to. I keep telling them I'm fine but they keep freaking out that I'm too skinny. What should I do?
Why do I binge eat?
Cant eat without being sick. Right now i can only tolerate boiled eggs. All test so far are normal. Endoscopy and colonoscopy are next. Im hungry and weak. Help?
