It's important to keep an open mind to help the healing process begin. Most people have tried everything they know to solve, resolve or self soothe before they finally reach out for help. It's a great opportunity to become humble as you accept that you do not have all the answers. It's important to connect with someone that is able to be compassionate and understanding because that support will hold you up until you can stand on your own again. Slowly you can feel the shift in energy and you know the healing process has begun.

Hello, you can do many things, I recommend talking to a professional counselor or psychiatrist on that one.

Its hard to pursue the healing process for sure; its hard to know where and how to begin, its hard to know how to feel and what to expect, or do; overall starting the healing process takes courage and determination. Be willing to accept change and the future, be open to possibilities and such, try and be as open and honest with yourself; take it one step at a time, one breath at a time, you are worth it, and things will go smoothly; the journey may be hard, but your betterment is the ultimately priority.

The healing process is a very special time. Keep busy, let go of hate and anger, and open yourself up to new experiences.
