According to me, the best way would be to just take it as it comes. If you feel that the stress is bubbling up and you can't handle it, then the healthy way to handle it would be by venting the stress out by painting, dancing, creating music, drawing, volunteering, singing etc. You could also simply talk to somebody about the stress and vent it all out in a healthy manner :)

Take time out to talk to them about how you are feeling. Remember that your feelings are just as important as theirs. Keep busy if you want to avoid them. Try to always keep going even if it seems hard sometimes.

Prioritize. You have to decide what is important to you, and that is different for everyone. I can't tell you what is most important to you, but I can tell you that once you decide that, it will be much easier to approach the situation.

I would talk about it, communication id very important, everyones logic is different, so I would tell them what I think and listen to what they have to say and hopefully get to a balanced agreement. :)

There will always be family issues as long as u have family and the bigger the family is the more complicated it gets. The most important thing is to segregate your work life from your personal life. This is important because when both combine with each other things will get rather messy.

Putting down the thoughts on paper would help prioritizing. Sometimes things are much more complicated if we only keep track of them in our minds. Pencil and paper help.

Communicate with the family. Even though there's a lot going on, there's no way to get things better without everyone being round up and talking those things out. I know that you have a busy life and you don't have to figure everything out in one sitting. You can have moments that works for you and everyone else to sit down and talk about things one day at a time.

Make sure to take time to care for yourself. It can be really easy to get caught up in the stress of work or school and family and sometimes we forget to take time to care about ourselves. Take breaks where you spend time decompressing and doing something you enjoy, and remember that you're living for yourself and it's important to focus on what makes you happy and to put yourself first.

Breathe, try to not take matters so personally. They could be upset, and their behavior is only reflecting how they feel at that point in time.. It could help if after dealing with them, ask yourself if you did all that you could, if yes, just let the situation go and focus on the life you are trying to build.
Don't forget though, to take care of yourself. It would be so easy to get engulfed by it all, but remember to take a second and pause, reflect often, and just be kind to yourself. Remember, that you are trying your best and doing everything that you are capable of.
