You will get out of this hole dear.Just give yourself time and try to keep pushing yourself up.You are very strong and I believe that you can get out of this hole.It will take time but you will be able to do it.It's hard but worth it.In case you need help,don't feel shy ask for help.

The hole and falling is just one perspective. Make a gratitude journal and aim for continuous improvement even if it is very small. It will soon add up. Talk to someone you trust to get a different perspective and get a successful mentor you admire to guide you.
