Yes, and no. Depression is a thing that is always around us and can always come back to a person. It happens to the strongest and weakest of us all. Most of the people who make fun of people with depression have either had it, or are stuck in it. Depression can be destroyed by always staying positive and doing things with your life. Trying to not focus on stupid things or how much the depression gets to you. I lived a lot of my young life depressed, and now I am not due to me being positive and do various other things to keep positive and remind me why im here.

It will always be there. Remember that depression is not totally a bad thing. It is a part of who we are. Controlling it is what is most important. Finding outlets and surrounding ourselves with people that uplift are hearts is necessary. Always find a way to make time for yourself.

Honestly, there is no certainty to this question, things will not happen as how we expect them to be, I'm sorry, but the answer is mostly no, there will always be hard times, because they exist to make the bright ones worth while, Although there will be times when we will be sad, just remember that you're not alone, you never are, depression is like a cloud, it comes, it goes, don't ever give up, allow yourself to be sad when you should be, and reach out for help when you need it, and during the good times, enjoy your life to the fullest, life is beautiful, but many of us don't have a clue, just make sure you see it for yourself, life is worth living, stay alive, it's worth it, i promise.

For some depression is fleeting and for others it is ongoing and has to be managed in day to day life. However either way we can draw on the experiences and strengths we have gained from a depressive episode. Getting through depression is an achievement and we have almost always become stronger from the experience. So use your experience of depression in a positive inspiring way.

Depression is something that is part of life. Our goal is to learn ways of accepting and dealing with it so that we don't remain depressed for long periods of time. Just like anxiety and stress with are natural reactions to situations we encounter in life.

Once you work through your depression and find your hope again it is such a breath of fresh air to live in freedom. However, sometimes those feelings of depression can come back in an unexpected moment. In these times I remind myself that all of these negative thoughts are just not true. They are lies that my mind has made up. I have family, friends, and coworkers who love me and who care for me. My relationship with God is also a crucial part in how I fight my depression as I am reminded of all of the things He says about me and everything He has called me to be. In these moments, after you have worked through your depression it is so much easier to say no to the negative thoughts and live in your freedom rather then going back to your old ways. Just remember there is always hope.

depression is as normal. As normal as catching a cold. It is normal to get scared and worried about the smallest things. However, it is also important to fight back. See your fears as an opportunity to grow. Difficulties and adversities are there to strengthen your body, mind and soul. They are there to help you become a better person. depression comes when we see those adversities as our enemies; something which weakens us from inside. You can live a life without depression. You can live a happy life. but it will only happen when you choose true happiness. The happiness that was always deep inside you!
