Often when you are in a deep depression, your mind can become an echo chamber of negative thoughts that cause you pain. Thoughts and ideas that are not true and often are lunar dead-end thinking. This can spiral out of control creating deeper depression, self-harm, false narratives, and mistrust of others. But in truth, your mind is trying to protect itself and actually wants to resolve the discomfort. Isolation is a way to protect yourself but it is not going to heal the depression. The very best thing to do is to speak to someone who is none bias. Keeping an open mind and accepting new ideas and finding supportive closures to daily struggles builds stronger minds and faster healing. Depression will fade and your emotions will regulate. Depression has a funny way of making you feel empty inside and like no one is there for you. This is not the case however because lots of people care about you and want the best for you. You feel like you want to stop talking to others because you might feel like you arent worthy of them or you arent good enough for them or even maybe that you think they dont like you or something like that but I assure you that they do care for you and you do deserve them and you are worthy of them.
