There are so many reasons why this could be! This is definitely a good question for your doctor though. For me, I experience chronic excessive fatigue mostly because of my thyroid and autoimmune disorder. I take medication daily to help this. But there are many physiological and psychological causes for energy loss! Depression, vitamin deficiencies, REM disruption, etc. And honestly, there could be any variation of causes contributing to this. As you can see, it's best to seek out a professional who could narrow this down for you. Experiencing a lack of energy can be so discouraging, it's definitely worth getting resolved.

I can often wake up with no energy physically or mentally for a variety of reasons. If the day before I felt highly anxious and experienced anxiety attacks, I will often feel drained the next day. I might feel like I have no energy if I felt like I had to give most of my energy to someone else, and forgot to listen to my own body and mind and what I need. I can also wake up with no energy if I haven't given myself goals to work towards. Giving myself a plan for the morning like cleaning my room or making a cup of coffee helps me to get out of bed.

Sometimes I think of it as my body "yelling" in my face that I need to take a break and rest. We live in a fast paced life and sometimes we neglect our own well being. I think us waking up with no energy is a signal for us to take a step back and do some TLC. TLC could be going out for a walk, talking to a friend, having a meal that makes us feel good, or watching pet videos on YouTube. If I constantly wake up to no energy then it might be best to get help from a professional. Think of a garden. Flowers and vegetables cannot grow properly without a good foundation, water, and sun.
