From my own personal experience waking up with sadness sometimes is simply because of situations that were left undone the previous day sometimes you wake up empty knowing that there is no longer somebody that you can trust with you somebody that can brighten your day and your life is no longer there

Everybody has bad days where they make wake-up feeling sad. The important thing is how long the sadness lasts, and how you handle it. Are you able to get out of bed and have a productive day? Maybe something like keeping a journal by the bed would be good to write down those feelings. This may help not carry the sadness all day.

Could be deep rooted anxiety, depression, or stress. Talking to a therapist or getting things off your chest is a great way to heal from the inside. Good luck and sleep well. :)

That's totally normal. Finding the motivation to get up some mornings can be tough, and I've experienced it more than once. I know that heavy feeling. But, just look at the good times to come. Things can always get better, you just have to hop out of that bed and work for them. Hope this helps! :)

If I wake up feeling sad, it's usually because I didn't sleep well or had a disturbing dream. I try to realize that and refocus.
