The healing process isn't something that is straightforward and linear. That can explain why sometimes we may feel okay and other times we may not feel okay at all. It's completely okay to have some rough days. However, just know that those days aren't going to be permanent and that just goes to show that everything does eventually pass one way or another. There are going to be good times and some bad times. That is just the way of life and if everything was great all the time then it would start to be repetitive. That is why we need those rough patches in order to go through happy times as well.

I know exactly how that feels. I've been through a lot of days like those and you know what I always get through those days and they make me stronger. I believe you'll get through those days too. I just always try to remember what got me through those days and apply those strategies. I just take a minute and zone out of what's going on that's keeping me from feeling happy that day. I know I'll get through this one too. Keep your head up. It will get better soon. Stay positive until. Bad times don't last.

We all experience ranges of emotions throughout the day. If you feel your range of emotions are extreme or flipping suddenly from day to day perhaps its time to speak someone about what is going on in your life.

We all have up days and down days. It's a part of life. If it seems to last more than normal, you may need to seek some help.

This might be multiple things, maybe sometimes you're just down or maybe you've got a mental disability you aren't aware of. Either way it is perfectly okay, sometimes our bodies and mind just aren't in the mood. Just realize in these moment that things will be okay and this feeling won't last forever.
