Some days are harder than others for everyone. The only thing you can really do is just to force yourself to go through the motions. You are strong and you can do it. You don't have to mean it, you just need to get through the day and I promise you can.

We feel fine if the body gets what it needs, i.e. required amount of nutrients which also impact our "feel good" hormones/neurochemicals and we are not stressed out. Disorders/illnesses can also lead to feel good one time and not the other, which in some cases is also related to imbalances of neurochemicals etc.

It's a normal thing to feel, don't let it get the best of you. If you allow it to control you it'll be too late. Try going out more not necessarly with friends, you can try running if you're alone or discovering new cousines, even signing up for something new, that's always a good idea!

It could be a sign that you need to take care of yourself. If you are struggling to get through a day, I would reflect a bit on what it is that's making you feel this way and think about things that have helped with those feelings before. If you can't answer those questions, maybe it is worth seeking some support professional or otherwise, especially if it is happening often.

That can be down a lot of things. Depression, lack of sleep, stress, anything. When you have good days, great! Appreciate the good days and get as much stuff done as possible. However if you have a bad day, when you wake up say to yourself "today is going to be a good day, stay strong" just try and stay positive, and remember if you get through the day, tomorrow could be another good day!
