Sometimes we go through times in our lives where we can't seem to stop thinking about everything that's going wrong in our lives instead of looking at the bright side of things. Sometimes you need to just let yourself be sad though. Everyone has bad days. Everyone has days that they can't wait to just get done with. Feeling fine some days and not so great other days is a normal part of being a human being.

Because you are human. We all have highs and lows, but those of us with some form of mental illness tend to feel these highs and lows a little more intensely than those without mental illness. We also have a tendency to want to fix something that's wrong and when we can't fix what's wrong, we have a lot of trouble with that. Bad days make us stronger and remind us to be grateful and therefore happy during the good days. That is the beauty of the life.

Our emotions tend to fluctuate from day to day for a number of reasons. It can be from hormones or chemical imbalances, or it can simply be that some days produce more challenges than others. It's important on the days where you feel like you cannot make it through the day that you remember that you do have days where you feel fine. As Annie says: "the sun will come out tomorrow."
