This is a very vague question. As we know nothing about you, there is no accurate answer that we could give but we can give you examples. You could have depression from stress, past traumas, family problems etc. If you're really worried about this, you should see you GP. They will not only be able to give you information on self-help guides and medication, they will also know you, have your medical records and they will be certified. Whenever you have a medical question, you should always consult your GP. You could also see a counsellor who will be able to help you talk through your problems.
