Little factors can add up over time. Sometimes we feel down and it seems like we have no reason to be! And that's okay; everyone has some off days. If you've squired depression and you aren't sure why, try asking yourself. Look for the problems you never saw before. Even with good things in life, it can get rough.

sometimes we just not see them, we have to appreciate them, but we might only learn it, after we have a dark time.

This is because you are not evaluating good the things you have, and this is bad. For example maybe you have car, but you are taking it as a normal thing and not giving a value, but someone else is dreaming to have a car. You just need to change your focus and yo will change your feelings and your life

You can struggle even though you have good things in your life. When it comes to mental illnesses, for example, they can be due to several things but one of them is a chemical imbalance in the brain. That means you could have everything you want in your life, but still be depressed. It happens. It's something that is good to see someone so you can get better. Just because you have good things in your life doesn't mean your feelings aren't valid. They are.

Because it's easier to spot things that do not belong and make us feel odd, bad, sad or any other negative feeling then it is to appreciate the good things in life as we perceive them as constants and something that we deserve.
