Feeling worthless just cannot be described into words. You might feel worthless if someone constantly criticizes you or perhaps no one appreciated your efforts. In my case, I felt worthless because of constant criticism but I have tried to just ignore the haters from now on. Sometimes, worthlessness may also step from you being disappointed in yourself. All you can do is try to love the person that you are for this feeling to go away. I hope you feel better soon.

Maybe because somewhere you are comparing your life with others. You might have created an unachievable standard for yourself and when you cannot achieve them, you beat yourself to it. Live your life in your own way, allow yourself to make mistakes. Embrace all aspects of your life. Instead of beating yourself for failures, try understanding the lesson it gave. All those standards created (to achieve everything within particular age), were created by society, don't compare yourself according to those. You will bloom at your own time, just believe in yourself and your timings. You have the strength in you to change your life.
