It could be anything. Perhaps it's because you never really get noticed by the people around you, or the stuff you do is never praised or acknowledged, so you feel as if it wouldn't really matter if you were there or not. I feel worthless at times, too, because it seems like no one ever notices the good things I do and that I'm just invisible. And if you feel that way, perhaps you're not hanging out with the right crowd, with people who truly care about you. Or perhaps that people always look at the bad things you do rather than the good. Of course, this is all just assumptions, because I don't know your current situation. Hopefully though, you will stop feeling that way soon enough.

If it lasts for a long time, its a general symptom of depression. It can be explained as a chemical imbalance in the brain which can be treated well. If its not something you feel often, its just normal reaction. People may feel worthless when they fail at some moment of their life. But this receeds with time.

Instead of asking yourself, "why do I feel worthless," ask yourself this question, "Why I shouldn't I feel worthless?" and then follow up this question, "What gift, talent or artistry do I have to share that others have not yet had the opportunity to see in me?" If you don't come up with anything, I guarantee that someone in the real world, whether it be a family member, a close friend or a significant other will challenge you to explore an inner strength that you possess.

Love, you're not worthless, I'm sure you are a great person, you just can't see it because you only see the worst part of yourself. We all have our flaws, but think on how many virtues you have.

In times of stress, it can become extremely easy for us to think about every single thing that is weighing us down and shift the blame towards ourselves. Perhaps in this time of stress, you are focusing on the mistakes you have made - as we all make them and it is a normal part of life - and are not giving yourself credit for the aspects of you that make you wonderful. Now is the time to really look at yourself and recognize that you are worth it, and that you deserve to treat yourself with dignity and respect. (:

Its a loop. Working on feedback. About how you percieve yourself and how others percieve you. Its just knowing you can do so much better and not able to do it. You know u r better. But nothing u can do abt it.
