Sometimes small things can trigger us and we don't even realize it. You could be feeling great and all of the sudden everything goes down hill. It's okay to let yourself be sad or down, but take care of yourself and be safe. There's always hope.

Depression is a mental illness, and it can be extremely difficult to deal with. Sometimes life just puts us in a slump, and we have to work hard to fight the negative thoughts and overcome depression.
