Sometimes sleep can make our bodies more tired. I am a firm believer in exercise. Exercise not only re-energises the body but also the mind.

Always best to check this out with a medical professional to make sure there is no underlying physical cause. Stress can wear you out because your brain goes into overdrive and needs rest. Another way to rest the brain is meditation and yoga and to practice gratitude. Confiding in friends helps, also make sure you are eating right and exercising.

This is because I have so much work to do and after all that work is done, I need to take the load and stress off and just relax most of the time! That’s why I desire sleep so much. Other times, it’s a mechanism I use to basically just get away from the world and all it’s stress and have some peaceful time of my own. I also desire sleep when I need a proper rejuvenation of my mind and my body. When I feel very week and tired, I just sleep for a bit and wake up feeling stronger than ever!
