Honestly this is a very difficult question, as everyone at some point in time feels just as you describe. The feeling of knowing that everything is, and will be okay. But feeling upset for unknown reasons. This is normal and okay. You could be feeling this way because something traumatic or really upsetting has occurred. Something that you never thought was ever going to happen. Reassurance is the best key of helping in this type of feeling. Feel free to talk to someone and communicate to how you feel, and if you can the experience's from the past that may make you feel this way.

Maybe cause I overthink every situation alot that makes all the fun disappear. Happiness seems to be temporarily, and we cherish the sad life. I feel everything is not according to my needs and that upsets my behavior. However, I could overcome this attitude by taking a breath. Stop stretching out every situation and let it be the way it is cause their are some situations that are not in our control and some we can. Mostly we think about the situation or people and try to overthink about how worse it went. That just hits the bar, but it could be controlled.

There is a part of your brain that deals with emotions and after a while it gets overwhelmed. This causes you to be sad and upset sometimes.

it could be an imbalance of hormones in the brain. this can cause depression etc that can be the cause of feeling upset although everything is fine.

This sounds like depression or anxiety of some sort. Seeking therapy may help, but also look into self strengthening exercises such as meditation. If it’s really bad, which I hope it’s not, then definitely seek therapy right away. But if you just have sad days, like the most of us, definitely look into self strengthening. I personally love going to the gym to help with stress and anxiety that could make me feel down. Also, keep out of toxic relationships and situations! Don’t put yourself in upsetting situations to prevent from being upset, if possible. If you are in a upsetting situation, come talk on here, talk to a friend, or practice a self calming exercise. Remember you are your own hero sometimes.

Sometimes our brain can make us feel a certain way, even when nothing is wrong around us. It is okay to feel a certain emotion. You are not alone. Try to surround yourself with things you love and enjoy. Sometimes you may need to surround yourself with extra positivity to get out of any rut you may be in. Sometimes even something that seems so small can make us feel a certain way, It is important to know you are not alone and sometimes it is normal to feel this way. I love going out in the fresh air when I feel this way.

You might be depressed hun. What is it that you are unhappy about? Really think about it. What's missing in your life make a list sit down and really reflect you'll get the answer. Life is extremely difficult believe me I know, I've been where you are. You just need to confront the feelings they won't go on their own you need to face them. What's causing them? and what can you do to change them, it will take time and a series of steps but you will get there, you'll be okay. Everything will work out, you will see
